Changes

  1. Remove import block from incus.tf — incusbr0 was successfully imported into state by !45. The import block is one-shot and leaving it risks re-import conflicts.

  2. Remove jwt.hex generation from deploy-eth-node — Leftover from when the eth-node ran Lighthouse as a separate consensus client. Erigon's embedded Caplin consensus layer has no Engine API and no JWT requirement.
