btc-node	.10	.20	crypto
eth-node	.20	.21	crypto
trade	.40	.31	workloads

Also updates Prometheus scrape targets in containers/monitoring/configuration.nix to match.

IP Scheme

.1      host/gateway
.2x     crypto nodes (btc=20, eth=21, sol=22)
.3x     workloads (dev=30, trade=31)
.4x     AI agents (reserved)
.5x     observability (monitoring=50)

Post-merge steps

tofu apply updates container NIC IPs (in-place, may briefly disrupt connectivity)
Manually trigger deploy-monitoring to push updated Prometheus scrape targets
Verify Prometheus targets are healthy in Grafana

Unblocks

ML container at .40
Future AI agent containers in .4x range
