Updates README.md and CLAUDE.md to reflect:

  • CI pipeline split into ci/ directory (!68)
  • New .test-container and .deploy-container templates
  • Grafana Tailscale Serve SSO (!66/!67)
  • Updated "Adding a new container" instructions to reference ci/validate.yml and ci/deploy.yml
  • Updated Grafana URL from http://10.121.25.50:3000 to https://monitoring.taild30b6f.ts.net
